Before reporting a bug, try recompiling all involved packges with sane CFLAGS, e.g. -O2 -march=nocona.
Especially libboost is a very complex software, which as such puts a lot of strain on your compiler.
In case of a compilation failure, ensure that your build environment precisely meets all requirements mentioned on the Installation page.
